Does anyone else's Gold Sub keep disappearing, like, every month?
Mine went again last night - easily the 10th time this has happened. Just wondered if anyone else was experiencing the same?

Happened for the first few months when i subscribed, would go missing for days at a time, so I cancelled it (Windows)

I've had enough of this .. it's gone again. They take the money alright but I end up losing days without it. I was in the top ten of the event and hoping to push on as we drew closer to the end, but this has scuppered my plans. I'm cancelling the gold sub!

The same for me. Every month, the day of subscription renewal, my status goes away. Until now, a request to GI support solved the issue, but now it does not work anymore: they seem unable to identify the root cause of the issue: they seem even unable to identify my account and make the link with my payment reference. So now I play "free", and it is naturally impossible to progress well in the event with so limited profile.

I've cancelled my gold sub. Tried to get a refund from Google Play for this month who reckon I don't qualify. GI reinstated this month's sub as it was paid, no compensation for not having it for nearly a week. Pathetic!

On my side I did not try to re-subscribe. Now I play free, but the game is not as fun...
