Gifting reset game to the start

Unfortunately my game has reset again to the start, i havnt had much luck this month i will get your gifts back to you as soon as its reinstalled. I hope it will be sorted today as Iam very good friends with Mary Heiden at GI support now in this matter, all the best to my friends on the forum

I had hoped that this was beginning to settle down now that they have issued a number of updates since the last upgrade - seems maybe not! I have experienced the frustrating moment of seeing my game vanish like this - the first indication being that it starts to play the annoying music and sound effects again. Luckily only my drone games have experienced this and as you say Mary gets this sorted quite quickly usually - either they are using a generic name in support or poor Mary is considerably overworked - I rarely get correspondence from anyone else!

At last my outstanding Detectors are reaching numbers that suggest they will be achieved without forking out airport $$$
all I am need of now are 3 Currency Detectors, 1 Document Detector, 2 Explosives Detectors, and 2 Lie Detectors thank you to the people contributing the marathon collection I think I am currently receiving regular items but no sure about Currency Detectors which may have dried up - anyway if anyone can help with the final push it will be greatly appreciated - then it will be on to a number of other upgrades that I have been neglecting for a while

This is the only game i have on all my devices that does this and its happened since it went live when airport city started. I wish they could fix this problem. The game is so weak any fluctuation with your device like battery running out etc or any surge with your device while the game is playing, it resets its self.

I've noticed the link with the game failure and the power fluctuations as well. On my android, I have noticed that if the power is low (15% or less) and I close my game, when I reopen the game later, occasionally I have lost whatever progress that was made during that time I had the game running to when I closed it. (usually 1-2hrs of flights, coins, etc.) It's very frustrating and makes you feel like you're having deja vu at first until you finally go, "wait, I know I did all this already." I glad to know someone else is recognizing what I was noticing as well. Hopefully someone else sees this connection as well and will lead to the issue being resolved.
The time my Windows account reset was also after a power fluctuation, two weeks after the August update. My laptop had become unplugged and the power drained without my notice. My computer shut itself off. When I got it plugged back in and booted back up, my game had reset to where it was on the August 28th update, loosing about 10 or so levels. G! was able to restore my account, but I have continued to have some issues. When neighbors now visit my airport, certain buildings no longer register as being clicked on. I have tried moving them, but no change. The only thing that works is to either sell the item and buy another, or pick it up to your warehouse and build it back down.

just a update to lost game, had it installed but they have used to wrong save files so still waiting, lost Alliance, all my friends and gifts and the last event buildings , bonuses etc etc
