Android GI Servers Down?

Due to technical issue the event has been reset for some players.

Whilst I appreciate the difficulties, and am happy that I'd already completed the event, many players either had not, or were on, the cusp of completing it. They will have wasted a considerable amount of fuel for fighters (and other flights) being returned immeadiately. For example, I used 7 x 300 units to get the event sorted quickly? That's a lot of wasted Red launches for many people seeing they have been returned to zero on the reset. Baz

Maybe as compensation make the drop rate a bit easier, it's pretty low right now, or I just have bad luck, I don't know...

The Sonic Emitter count is restored and working normally again but apparently all collection progress is lost and not recoverable. I personally had just one UFO collection left to go to get the reward building and now must start over. they did grant us 3 extra days on the event but that doesn't replace your real time, real money or game fuel/resources spent.

Adding days is not a good trade off, the resources wasted is the cost. It would be pretty disappointing if the days are all that is given to the community.

Something else I found interesting with this glitch. Although I didn't lose any stars from my totals, I noticed that Barsa-Kelmes was no longer 3-starred on any of my games, even though it was 3-starred previously. Hmmm - easy 3 stars coming up.

This is ridiculous! I spent REAL MONEY on the UFO debris. At least refund what we spent!

I think it's a not glitch after all. Probably the algorithm fucked up and players progressed too fast in the first few days so they reset it on purpose. I myself was also surprised with the items drop rate.
