GI claims Five of my six planetariums NEVER gets visited

My support request stated that there have been NO VISITORS showing at FIVE of my six planetariums even though the other one shows dozens of visitors a day and the same planetarium shows visitors and the other five do not even when I move them around. I know FOR A FACT that ALL of my planetariums get visitors every day - and I havce had neighbors tell me they visit five of them daily yet only ONE - and the SAME ONE shows it has had visitors. This is the response I received: from support - once again they refuse to admit their game is buggy and the update caused a lot more problems than it fixed (did it fix any?)

Move to inventory and rebuild then it will be work well.

I click them everyday with more than one account. And ónly those planetariums...
I have seen this in my city as well. But since the update I see everyone who visited. It takes me a while to click it all away...

As I mentioned few times, looks like old games are full of different issues/problems/bugs. I think best solution is for all old accounts to agree with GI to start new game and to have new code with all items transferred to new game.

I have the the same issue with my launch pads. I know that at least one person is visiting them, but they never show it.
On the other hand thou, my new buitl mega malls and universities, they show the visitors.

so, the tip of putting the planetariums back in stock and re-build them may work.

As I mentioned few times, looks like old games are full of different issues/problems/bugs. I think best solution is for all old accounts to agree with GI to start new game and to have new code with all items transferred to new game.

They couldn't even send me a reset code when my game crashed a few months ago and I had to get them to send me replacment items (thanks to screen shots Cath took when their severs showed my current game but my game showed 40 levels previous) They won't even admit they have bugs in their game

Okay - I put the five planetariums (and one training center) into inventory for a total of 34,000 coins (6,000 per planetarium and 4,000 for a training enter) and then put them back in my city. Will see if this works.
