Have been so frustrated with the speed of the game, I've actually not played in a couple days. Been rebuilding my Tribez game. Dont know why but I love playing that game!!!

I hope they can tell me what they did, step by step...

Sent message to GI support, saying how had Airport City but my phone was damaged and needed to be sent off for repair and could they help

they said they wouldnt be able to restore my profile but was able to resend any greens and coin purchases made to my new game

i provided my device name, carrier and model, my old friend code, my new friend code and the google order numbers

waited a few weeks and got emails about it and got passed to a specialist to deal with it, then email today with code to restore profile

Same thing for me as well, went through a week of trading emails and they gave me a code that got my old game back. Lost my neighbors but I am slowing trying to add them back.

Did you get your entire original game back? Land purchases, buildings, planes, and all except for the neighbors?

Hey im also a uber Tribez noob... Level 51 now :)
Im now on island 4 but the droprate is also ridicullous, busy now 1month with the search of one item!!!
