I need to sync my game between by Windows Phone 10 and Windows PC ..How do i Do it?
In case the game resets, how to approach GI to restore it to the same level with all the items restored? how should i provide this information to GI? where should i provide this information to GI?

1. to back up your windows phone you will need a program like titanium pro or system tuner pro which allows back up of games. open titanium or system tuner pro app, select back up, select game and follow instructions. Your phone needs to be rooted for this to work.
2. GI consider each platform to be a separate game and does not allow syncing.
3. you open a ticket with GI and provide them with the information requested. usually your game name, level you are at and they may request other items.
4. To back up pc windows you need to have access to your root files.
