Game over? or big eruption? or new event?

I've been discussing the reason behind the not being able to complete the event early with one of my neighbors, She thinks that it may be because of the lack of chainsaws for those still trying to complete if people have finished early. I, on the other hand, am a bit more leery and think there is something big planned - like a major eruption? and possibly destroying everyone's cities with a 'Game Over' sign appearing --- or maybe an eruption that brings in a new event? maybe brings in the UFO's ???

If the game is going to end, I would like to know before next week's greenie sale!

The game is definitely NOT going to end. Do not worry for that. It is just special quest. Tough one, but excellent one!

I wondered the same thing but now it won't let me select that land --- my land sale prices are up to 30 greenies and no way I was going to find out at that price
