iOS Game doesn’t start after update

I‘ve just updated AC on my support accounts. All android games seems to be ok but the iOS accounts doesn’t start anymore. The update has been finished but the games are showing the AC screen and remain „loading“.
I‘ve got the issue on 3 iOS accounts. Somebody on FB reported the same.
Anybody else with that issue?

Try this : Go to general - iPad storage - click on Airport City and offload app - reinstall app and reboot your device.

Well, this is currently not the best option as it already takes at least 7 days to get any respond on mails.
I deleted the games and reinstalled them now and that luckily worked

Same for me on Deetee03(IPhone), the game keeps saying “loading”.
I tried close/open the game and device many times, even got a iOS update this morning but nothing helps.
Is it save to delete the app and install again? And how did you do it?
Just deleting the app or by clearing in the settings menu?

I have a similar issue - the app won't load after an update. Not even the starting screen! Just black and then crash. Anyone any suggestions?
As for deleting and reinstalling - doesn't that lose your game progress?
