Windows Game Crashing with new update

Hi Captains,

I'm using bluestacks 4 on windows 11 and with the update the game is crashing when start opening. I create a new instance and download the game and when i try opening it crash again. So maybe i'm missing some configurations on bluestacks?. Or something change?.

Same with me but i dont know what to do and Gi dose not support bluestacks.
Who have a solution please tag me.

Hi @Husam ,
I think is a memory problem. I move from bluestacks 4 to 5 and transfer the game with the application that they have, problem solve.

I thinking moving from bluestacks to windows user account.

I don't know. I tried to use the bluestacks 4 game, but finally Google Market reminded me that I had to verify my mobile phone for fear of trouble, so now I continue to use my mobile phone.
