iOS Game crashing after 4.9.13 released Nov 1st

Same issue as @Long and @vayka1 android games. This time its an iOS version. Game crashes as soon the game shows my city and airport.

Try a forced restart by holding the home and power buttons for 5-10 seconds then retry. I saw sometime when a app crash a lot, doing this usually resolve the problem.

Been happening to me on android for many months now, not all the time but sometimes. I think it's when it's trying to connect to the server, as generally when I load the next time my gave hasn't saved properly and my game goes back to the save state the last time I loaded e.g. last night it crashed on opening, restarted game and it was a few hours behind, so lost 60 odd launch readys and 25 or so red launch preparations. Wasted Golden Dice as 2nd round of visits didn't count.

Ramy, both of us opened ticket, GI wants us to create logs and send to them and gave us this instructions: https://helpdesk.game-insight.com/hc/en-us/articles/220657387-How-can-I-get-log-files-using-my-PC-, which would require install the Andriod Studio IDE that I am not going to do. Make sure you open a ticket too.

@Xilikon ...tried a forced restart and nothing changed. I appreciate the tip though. I backed up my device before updating. i wonder, if i reset and restore prior to updating, will the update show in my app store again?

My game crashed a couple times after the update but after force closing it (double click and toss app upwards) it's working fine so far.
