Fuel station level 3 - Rio ????

Hello,
Has anyone collected any stuff for Fuel Station level 3 fromRio ? After many flights, I checked the list and saw there was none of them in the list. My fuel station is still halted.

I never upgraded my Fuel Station as I didn't see Contracts 3 and 4 as being worth anything.

i received some of the items from rio.. completed 6 each of the transmitter and triple wire.. but getting the reinforced frame has been taken me weeks.. wont upgrade unless i get d last frame (from moscow now as i got 3 stars already for rio)..

I got mine from Rio and I had no problem getting them because I was using combined Spyglass and Golden Dice bonuses and items were dropping with every flight. That was before upgrade though, not sure how well this would work now that multiplier glitch is no longer in effect.
