iOS Fuel Additive not working

so a couple of time when i get a candy cane fuel additive, i should get 120 fuel in 60 minutes
and i go do something for an hour and come back to about 60 fuel sitting there

anyone else have this problem

I've used it a few times at it seems to be working. At the end of the minute countdown, does it increment by 2?

Yes, but it only works on the countdown fuel, doesn't work on the refinery fuel

its only happened a couple of times
interested if any one else had the problem

With the current problems, it's possible that it didn't save that it had been activated.
