When you go to send fuel 3, try hit "Send" 3-4 time in row , after screen appear first time put names of friends hit "send"one time, wait 1 minute same screen will appear again ,now just do the same and again and again.Important :do not return to game until you see "request send" message and do not hit "cancel"! Good luck !

Hello All, Looks like TDV23 was blocked as well... and got fedup waiting for GIS to do something with TDV19 - So I have trasnfered my game from TDV19 to TDV24.
