Floating dock

So I got the floating dock but this does not appear to be an actual building I can put anywhere on my property.

Anybody know what it's for then?

Hey primodakine,

The prize for completing the Open Water colleciton is the experience points and coins you receive, not an item you can necessarily build or open/use like most of the other collections.

In most cases you know if you are getting a building - for instance the Big Catch fish collection - if you tap on the Fish Market prize it says 'Commerce' so you know it's a building whereas with the Open Water boat collection you just finished the Floating Dock says 'Collectible Item' (i.e. nothing too useful at this point, but sometimes these items are used for challenges going forward)
