It’s been an hour or two since I got the notice about getting the first class bonus for completing alliance flights. My flights for this coming week Appeared right then...but no bonus. Not sure what to do about this...

There is usually a delay for rewards following reset. Sometimes it is quick, other times it is slow (12+ hours). Normally it is 2-3 hours ish.
If you have not had your bonus by 12:00 UTC, send G! a ticket - but I suspect you’ve had this by now as I have received my bonus.
