OK, I see... with the help of your attachment.
apparently my game is not the same as yours.
When I click on my game I only get the option of the bottom three of those icons.
The warehouse icon is not in my list!
No wonder I could not figure out what the explanation was (before seeing the game screen shot).
Maybe I have to be at a certain level in the game before I begin to be able to store in the warehouse?

My Game is also The Exact same as you have in windows.
The screenshot i have attached Is Of android Device.
This Feature is not Currently Available to Windows Players.

If you are blocked supposedly your tokens are also blocked, you may see them but cannot use them.

But I could be wrong.

I cannot give a definite yes or no answer as that has never been brought up before. I don't believe so.
