I have a strategic planning question.

At current, I am making mainly regular flights with 6 Giants. (all other planes are Hawks or Ravens for adventure map flights).
My method is finishing all regular destinations, plane by plane.

In about a month from now, I will finish all Giant's destinations, moving to Falcon destinations.
According to my calculations, running 6 Falcon flights and keep it in the air at all times, is a completely different story from flying Giants. Assuming I will make about 6 rounds per day, I will need 36 lollipops a day, a lot of EP, etc. Fuel is also an issue, as I need 270 units every 4 hours and so forth.

So, it seems I will be very low on resources, and can't make it.

How do I prepare for that?

In my opinion you have set yourself up for failure in how you are playing the game plane by plane one at a time. Why are you waiting the month to drop all of your giants and then replace them all with falcons? I would immediately drop a giant and replace it with one falcon, then drop another giant and replace it with a thunderbird, and then again drop a giant and replace it with a condor. Then as you continue to get closer to finishing all of the giant locations you can continue to drop them one at a time for an additional falcon, thrunderbird and condor. Of course, this assumes that you already have the infrastructure to support higher level planes or that you can build them relatively easy in order to support your upcoming fleet.

This entire game is about resource management after the implementation of the 100 item limit. You can't use the same techniques for the lower level planes as you move onto the higher level planes. You also can't effectively play the game using pre-100 item limit techniques on a 100-item limit game. It just doesn't work all that well.

My method is finishing all regular destinations, plane by plane.

I am going to take your word literally as I offer more advice. You could also start to fly giant excavation sites in order to slow down your approach to higher level of planes as you buy yourself time to build the infrastructure for them. You could also drop a giant and downgrade to a jumbo or an owl and go back to fly for the three different types of maps that you get for completing first place on space launches. You can also slow down your plane advancement by flying alliance destinations and completing alliance tasks.

You are at the point that your game is going to come to a screeching halt and all 6 of your future falcons are going to sit idle on the ramp for 75% of the day. If I were you I would do whatever I could now in order to prevent getting to that point:
better aircraft diversification
flying locations that are available now that you currently choose not to fly
build up your gifting/neighbor network so you are always getting the gift that you need while sending the gift to your neighbor that they need
build advanced aircraft facilities to support advanced aircraft
downgrading aircraft to go back to previous destinations that you chose not to fly to
fly to alternate locations (regular/alliance task locations/space maps/excavation and adventure/alliance map/event only locations)

In my opinion it ultimately comes down to aircraft diversification in order to alleviate as much of the burden of resource management as possible. After aircraft diversification then you should manage your inventory as best as you can by your flight facility buildings, incoming gifts and what locations that you choose to fly to (a location that requires 2 items vs a location that requires 1 item vs a location that requires 0 items)

Hmmm.. very interesting.
Many thanks for your opinion.
I think I will try to drop a Giant, and start to diverse my destinations.

Until now, I used to fly to each destination with 6-10 planes simultaneously, in order to get its stars ASAP.
It seems like a totally different story now.

I agree with @Dan .
Flying falcons entirely is the most demanding on fuel and passengers if you intend to keep these all airborne all the time.
I would (and am) flying a mix of the top 3 planes. Just be a little strategic in what you buy and when based on if you want to 3 star all alliance destinations.

I am in the same situation as you are. My entire strategy so far has been to structure my fleet to accomplish alliance tasks and to 3-star all destinations on each plane in a systematic fashion. Now I find myself always limited by flight catering from keeping 10x Eagles and Giants in the air at all times. This means I have to ask for flight catering as gifts several times each week instead of asking for F20.

I have been reading many great threads here about switching strategies as you progress through the game, and about the benefits of a more diversified fleet as you progress. So, I have drawn up a plan to diversify my fleet. This will increase my pax per week, as well as reduce my dependence on gifts for flight items from my factories (i.e., catering, blankets, etc). This takes *a lot* of infrastructure investment, but my plan will be slowly implemented <insert maniacal world domination laughter here>

Best of luck on developing new strategies!! 🙂

I am doing this with one of my account (Falcon) before i start flying i saved the 100 and still receiving and keep them in waiting list for 6 days.
I send 5 falcon then i found that it will take all what i got so i decide to send 3 Falcon and other planes.
Yes it will take time but i am busy with other planes so i complete the first star without any problem of course i get support from others this is what you need more neighbors send you items.
Wish you all the best guys with falcon it is the hardest like Condor (y)

Fleet diversification is the key to always having enough resources to keep your planes in the air. The advice from @Dan Is sound. I currently have 5 owls as I’m focusing on the Owl WAMs, but I also fly 2 Ravens, 2 Eagles, 2 Jumbos, 3 Giant’s and 3 Falcon’s. Some are in my reserve hanger at any one time depending upon my objectives for the week. I’ve started building the infrastructure for Thunderbirds and Condors, but I think it will be at least 6 months before I start flying them as I will complete the Hawk WAMs before I do.

What is WAM?
