F20/F10 Gifts/bonuses

Shouldn't F10 and F20 fuel when gifted and as a bonus, show up in the fuel counter?

Shouldn't F10 and F20 fuel when gifted and as a bonus, show up in the fuel counter?

When received as gifts, fuel and PAX go directly to the counter at the top after you accept them. When received as a bonus (i.e., in a chest, etc), they go into your warehouse inventory (max 100x per item).

That's what I thought. However, I think because of the problem with Windows (seems to be fixed now), I lost some F20 gifts from neighbors.

Still not fixed. Counts fuel but no vids (unavailable). I already sent in a trouble report to GI.
