General Expansion Costs

At the moment land expansion, for Aiirport Cash, costs me 20 (or 10 during the regular half price land grab) My next expansion will be number 23 and I am planning to add land all around my city (14 plots in all) Does the Airport Cash price increase at higher levels (as it did with the early coin purchase) or for AC does it stay the same? If it does increase does anyone know when?

Not sure when it increases but it does up to 80 full price for me at the moment.

Upto 80 : 20/10(50% discount)
80-100 :40/20
above 100 :60/30
I dont know at what point after 100 it remains 60/30. Right now I'm only having few more than 100...so cant comment on 80/40 as well.
