Thought that one was a bit light too. Tasks are easy that way. Maybe the levels are harder..

Probably the higher ones, yes. I also noticed that it is not possible to use Greens for Lucky Ticket - which is weird.

I think, this event is a “filler”. GI probably already included this event in the previous update. Think of this as a transition period, so they just make it simple.
I seriously doubt GI will suddenly turn 180° with their strategy.
Let’s see what will happen next event.
