Earning Gold Token

Hi.
I have earned a number of gold token from alliance achievements, but when I click on the token button, there are on silver tokens? Please can someone tell me why.

hi..you received the token in a chest? you need to go to warehouse, icon with the tool box, and open the chest...to receive the reward from the chest...

i remeber when i discovered this, i had about 45 chests to open
