Android Drop rate is too low?

Almost 1 drop from 10 flight with two bonus active.

It isn’t quite lower I figure. It’s just your lucky day, or it isn’t. Few weeks ago without any bonuses I got 6 drops out of 10 flights.

I feel the same way. When Spyglass went up to 9 greenies, the drop rate went down, really down. They increase prices and make the game harder to earn rewards regardless if they are custom or collectable drops. They are also not giving you things purchased. I buy greenies consistently on sale but ended getting nothing and charged for it. Their customer service will never helps you. I've paid hundreds of dollars to just quit. I like the game, I just don't like getting cheated out of money.
