iOS Down the rabbit hole not awarding keys

The Down the Rabbit Hole event stopped awarding Keys this morning.

When I first got on I tapped my various event buildings (eggs) and was rewarded with the usual gold keys and a door or two. Same for a mushroom or two. I then went back after the egg buildings had refreshed and I got coins but no keys.

This was true for both my iOS and Windows games.

Just fixed itself on my iPad, what gives?

Was there a problem with your internet connection at the time?
Keys are only counted when connected to the internet

That did seem to be the case. It happened a couple more times and I figured it out. Thanks for the confirmation.
