On iDevices you need to spend Airport Cash or them as they are not giftable.
All Inclusive Bracelet on iDevice is giftable so I suggest you go to the iPad & iPhone trading thread and ask there.

Can't gift be shared across devices though? Can't an android player send gifts to iPad players and vice versa

On my Android, I can receive disposable shampoo as gifts or get them from my flights. However, inclusive bracelets you will have to buy with green cash.
