legs65 hey it's timed. there are 3 different offer pages from that red head chick 'madelane airborn'/whatevs. one is 'most popular' and it's the Spy Glass, etc bonus offers, one is the 'discounts' and it's space set and mystery repair kit and stuff and then the one you want with the cheap mystery building and mystery bonus etc you just gotta wait. there is no way to make it come up. the screen lock thing does not guarantee it will be that screen. mine have come up AT LEAST once a day though. yesterday it came up about 5 times and i bought 2 mystery buildings.
