iOS Daily videos after a purchase

Hi,

I was wondering if other players on iOS (or maybe other devices) experienced this as well.

EVERYTIME I bought some greenies I won't get the daily videos for at least 1 week.
I contacted G! several times and there answers is everytime...it's not familiar with them so it's no bug...like new bugs can't happen...

On my recent 'complain' they told me that videos wheren't guaranteed on a daily bases.
I know that, but not getting videos for more then a week and everytime it happens after a purchase is not coincidence for me.

So if any fellow pilots reconigze this problem, just let me know.

i just only purchase when i know i wont be doing upgrades for a while
it has stopped me from purchasing also
up to them to fix

I also have the same problem, haven't had videos since before cinemania.

I changed the languague to English (had my iOS settings on my native Dutch) and since the receive daily videos.

Not sure if this is a coincidence or not but maybe it helps for you as well...?

The videos suddenly reappeared in my game after the latest update to correct the glitch with the Soul Net in Dark Skies. So I wondred if it had been a fault after the major update earlier in the month, that has now been corrected?

Have the same issue.
Need to close the game out of memory and redo it again.

I've remembered there's once that all video can't be played. Restart iOS and working fine again

I would recommend a full reboot. If it’s an older device, press and hold both home and power button for about ten seconds. Even after it switches off, keep pressing the buttons until the Apple logo comes back on.
