After several weeks of not being able to visit neighbors, I am happy to report that this problem has been resolved. If you are having ANY issues with the airport city game, please visit the thread that I started in Airport City Chat, "Get help from Game insight..."
(As an added bonus, they have fixed other problems that I have had... my Neighbor List is now updating the Username and Game Level of all players on my list.)
