Yes I contacted them. They are telling me:
"Please, set the right time/date and social abilities will appear within the period of time for which the settings have been changed."

I didn't change time and date other than automatically because of DST. But they tell me that that can't be the problem: "No, the game is blocked with a longer time period changing - several days or more."

The problem is that I never change my time and date manually.

Can't join space launches as well

kitkitkit - You're welcome. Note that Reinforeced Frame x5, Triple Wire x6, Transmitter x4, cannot be sent as gifts.
The only way to get these items is to fly fly fly, and then fly some more (be patient, it can take quite a while to get them all)
