iOS Daily reward

I had a daily reward chest to open and the game had just updated and I am not able to open the chest.
I have just complete the reward for the next day and now I have two chests I cannot open.

Did you try restarting?

Yes. Several times. Clicking on the chest goes back to my airport as if I’ve clicked the cross in the top right.

Sounds like a bug, suggest opening a support ticket.

Same issue across all platforms, they might get a small in game update tomorrow to fix it

I am in windows and Android but i dont have this problem everything work fine.
@Captain_NovaDose better to send Gi support also those who have same problem.

I have the Windows version of the game, and I have the same problem. I reported it to GI, less than 5 minutes ago.

Don't see how an event update can knock out daily rewards .. crazy!

Yes very strange. I’m still able to open all the other chests from rocket launches and launch collections

The event is linked with collections and collections is linked with the Workaholic set. This is the only link I see, maybe GI doesn't want us to get the event collection items by any chance from the daily reward set...

Agreed. But should just link into a subroutine for daily tasks .. wouldn't be any code change needed with that

have 3 Workaholic Chests that I can't open.

I could use the workaholic chest in the warehouse.
