its been a week if im not mistaken. i can visit my neighbors but it always shown daily limit reached. i cant finish my neighbor quest anyone have the solution??

GI has an ongoing problem with it servers re gifting and visiting neighbours.

Currently it is working, if you still have a problem with visiting neighbours, then the problem is with your account and you need to contact GI to look into the matter.

Maybe a stupid question, but are you sure you have Wifi access or internet on your phone? The only things that come up to my mind for this error are that the GI server is down (which it was yesterday) or you have no internet.
