I've noticed a slight delay with server synchronization with status being updated. If you're not seeing the new status within 30 minutes, I would suggest opening a ticket.

Same issue here. I just collected the steel chest for today an it updated.

Closing and re-opening game will update league and current count to coincide with number next to beaker on Back to School main window.

Did you start playing before today’s reset? Then just grab your yesterday’s chest and it will update automatically

There is no way to get chest here screenshot.Just the trophy button when I press it just shows me in iron.

I think the whole thing is a glitch. But it has been like that since GI launched these new event formats.
You don’t see any prize to grab, because in the iron league there is none.

Today you have reached the silver league, so, if everything goes like I think it will, you’ll get a silver league daily reward on today’s reset (unless you reach other superior leagues before reset, but let’s keep this reasoning simple).
Now, suppose that, after reset, you don’t collect the prize and reach the golden league. Then, you would see yourself as being in the silver league, when in fact you would be in the golden one.
BUT, after collecting the prize, your status will be correct.

It happened to me a bunch of times, but never involving that first iron league.
