Android Crashed game and no repons from GI support

10 days ago my main game (level 78) crashed. Afterwards I was reset to level 77, before previous event and with the loss of all collected greenies from mints & casino.

Whenever I now contact GI support about the progress or just to get some feedback, there is not even a reply.
That part is fully unacceptable for me.

For this reason all my games are now on hold (2 others games are on level 77) and I'm ready to let AC go completely.
After all the bad changes comming from GI lately this on top of all, is like the last drop I needed.

Have you used the support from your android device I do not think that works had the same problem and used the support on windows GI website got an answer virtually straight away and they returned my progress.

I did get an initial reply saying they passed on the issue. But since then nothing anymore and on mails requesting info about the status there is just no reply at all.

Please, can you post your ticket number you got it from GI Support?

I they have been stricken from the same identical misfortune
Also my game has suffered hard hit!
Also I despite numerous e-mails have not received anybody answer.
The same problem -the same total indifferente fron GI.. (!!!!!)
I have closed the game as every evening and the morning that it doesn't open anymore!
After many attempts of reanimation the game takes back the life but.....I LOSE ALL PROGRESS OF MINE !!!!!!!
I return back a day of the last updating,thas is 01-06-2017...I am well 21 day- 3 week of hard job !!!!!
This return happens every morning,every evening,every day....in any moment the game can by stopped and I returns a day of the accursed updating !!!!!ALWAYS!!!!
I am a hard player,I devote a lot of times to the game ....and do I lose everything now????
The time passed is ago anybody nothing!!!
Dear Captain,dear players HELP ME !
I don't know anymore to that saint to pray....PLEASE.

here is a fix for the game not loading, if u have a back-up files u will need to copy and paste them into the localState folder, to play where u left of when game wouldn't open
