Crash after update on windows 10

So, this time, the problem is not from GI but I am sure it is from microsoft. Right after installing a windows update on 30 September, my game refuses to start. It just closes itself after the splash screen. Is there something that GI can do? Does somebody know how to fix this because reinstalling the game doesn't help?

what update did you install so we can help determine the problem .

It was a kind of cumulative update for windows x64 I don't even remember the identification. but for sure that was the only update published on 30 Sept. Anyway, for whatever reason, my game suddenly runs 2 days later. I haven't done anything but I guess there were new updates from micrsft.Thanks for taking care.
