Is the Contemporary Arts Center ever "used" (i.e. does the game ever send us there for a quest, mission, event, etc.). We built it to fulfill the mission to build it, but now we want to get rid of it. It's ugly and not very productive, and it's expensive to put into storage, so we're going to sell it. We just want to make sure we won't "need" it in the future.

For me i build it just to complete side guest as mission then i sell it from long time ago.

I always try to store rather than sell. I only sell if I exceed the 6 buildings limit with stock on hand, but my wife says I am a hoarder. 😀

I did, that's why I have built only one and also why its not in storage yet
