General Combine "Bowl of riches" with Spyglass to get 300% more chance?

I am not sure if it is doable. But it seems to me that they are different bonuses and should be able to be used together. But I am not sure if the effect will accumulate or not. Business class and Sky captain seem taking effect together. But we never know the drop rate...

Nobody knows for sure, but there’s a decent amount of empirical data been collected to suggest that they max out at the 150% drop rate. I know SC & BC are cumulative, but don’t think drop rates are.
