Can't quite compare with this but in 14 of my collections only one thing is missing. And I can't say I haven't worked on them, e.g. The coral and the sports bags.

I have a number of games in various stages of progress and found that depending on what version you are running the drop rate varies greatly based on your in-game progress and number of flights.

e.g. some items have never dropped till I have 3 stared the destination. Some seems to rely on completion of a task before the drop rate changes…

I suppose it is GIS way of keeping you hooked to the game.
