From where I can get Sands of Time & Voices of The Past collection? It is mentioned as the collectible item. I don't know where to find them from.

Those collection you get when you complete other 2 sets of 5 collections.
For example for sands of time you need to complete collection from Aztec legacy, Roman Holiday, Guardians of the forest, Riddles of the pharaohs and The ancient world.
It is working automatically.
