you have 2 choices for coins, 1. build 6 or more stores that have a higher coin return value but take more time to get.
2. build 6 of the same small items like cafes, they get you small amount of coins but more frequently.

Airport cash can only begotten by completing levels as Apple policy does not allow you to buy or get cash from other outside sources.
