Chicken or the Egg? Which came first?

Hi all,

I have an issue and would love advice from anyone who has the answer.

So far (Level 43) when I have wanted to upgrade a building, eg Terminal, Control Tower or Town Hall, I have collected the additional items before I have ’paid’ for the upgrade. For ages, I have been stuck on waiting for Terminal Level 7 upgrade and can’t get the 2 more Parking Meters I need.

The same applies to buying the Laundry, where I need laundry additional items.

So, Question, if I buy the upgrade without all the additional items ‘ready to roll’, will my chances of getting the outstanding items be increased?

You increase the chance that Madlen might send you a needed item once the building is being built. Also once it’s being built the use of videos for items is normally available.

You won’t get the vids until you start building. Not available in advance. And it is normally but not always. Cross fingers for you.
