Cash purchase vs expansion sales

I am sorry if this has been posted before. Search didn't give any results.
Any1 knows if there is a schedule related to cash discount purchases and discount expansion sales. Is it once a week, every 2 weeks ...... ?
How many days are there between a cash discount purchase and discount expansion sales?

Usually it’s every other weekend.
i.e. on Thursday evening (UK time) land expansion sale will begin, and end Sunday evening.
the following week currency sale.

Mid week usually has an offer too, some form of mystery building/bonus building if you buy currency.
