I think this is just a simply matter of aesthetics
But I think there's no sense of this, because currently game engine allows to have streets which aren't connected to each other. Like my city, I have mostly 1 square streets everywhere, just to conserve precious city land, so the car's won't go anywhere

Why not after the 100 limit the game maybe boring why not to have a cars just look to the city and feel like its animation movie and if they add lights will be more grade
Also can be there morning and night time with rains too.

I like the night/day option - not sure about the cars especially in light of no requirement to have streets functional!

Night time and day time flying would be a smart way forward, and also changes in weather conditions (rain, fog, snow, etc.) at the airport.. As for the cars, this will not work., do not really want to connect streets together, this would have a drastic effect on forum members game sites, where available land is tight.
