Can't visit folks with a high level number

Having trouble visiting folks with level numbers in the 30s and the 40s. The game keeps getting stuck where I am forced to turn off the whole iPad, restart the iPad, THEN restart the game before I have control back.

Also, the game is crashing more and more for no reason.

Please help. Thanks.

When you say can nto visit - do you mean it times out or something else...

I have noticed that if the airport is very big it can take a while for the game to loadup.... so I keep my game from closing down or going into sleep... otherwise it crashes and restarts...

When I tap on the blue visit I get the grey screen with the Please Wait.
Then I wait for several minutes with no progress?

I had this a few months ago however it cleared with the last few updates.
I will try again when my gifts reset.
