Cannot buy Flight Catering Facility - Too many buildings

I cannot purchase the flight catering facility. A message keeps popping up saying I have too many buildings of that type. However, I do not even have one flight catering facility. Can anyone tell me what building I need to get rid of to buy it?

Very weird!!?? I haven't heard that one before. Glitch maybe. Might be time to contact GI (probably won't help though)

i dont even want to spend the money on this building ... its not neccesary when you have friends who can give you the meals !
