Android Can`t connect with my gaming ID

Please help someone.
Last night I opened my game & got totally surprised that it is starting from the beginning. It shows that I`m at level 1. But when I try to connect with my id 'Neon007', it is constantly showing server connection error.
I've tried just now and the situation is still the same. Can anyone please inform me how to get back to my ID???

Yeah. before that, the app crashed several times.

Check now maybe they fixed there was a problem after the weekly time reset.

Tengo una pregunta y agradecer que alguien más pueda contestarme, la actualización en el juego me permite descargar el progreso del servidor, la selección correcta y el mensaje error de conexión, me gusta y me pone, Atencion disponible en el nivel 3
Significa que transfiere datos y me quedo en el nivel 3 ...
Realmente estoy muy confudida y no se que hacer ...
