Can’t het into the alliance shop?

Hi,
I got the alliance leadership appointed to me, because the player who created the alliance stopped playing.
But now I can’t get into the alliance shop, can anybody tell me why?

I have an alliance store, but when I click on it won’t open.

1.Locate shopping cart lower left of screen, tap to open.
2. Under STORE , tap $building (Commerce).
5th row Grand Hotel & Omega Hotel
3. or Planes for S1 or S2.
4. or Helicopters for S1 or S2
etc., etc. , etc.
G! consolidated Alliance items.
