Buliding Farmer's Market to work?

I am trying to figure out how to complete the 2nd of 3 tasks? the middle says to build 4 farmer market. But they are not counting.

Нужно не только построить Рынки, но и собрать с них 4коллекции "здоровая пища", тогда второе задание засчитается .

You don’t have to Build 4 market, you have to complete the collection with items that drops from them 4 times.
You don’t even have to Build any of them to complete the task as you can visit your neighbors markets and get the collections. It's much easier.
