Buildings Left from Santa Claus Quest

The quest is over but the buildings are left behind. The icy runway and the small hangar. Should I just go ahead and sell them?

Neighbours

I have training centre if you want to try for drops for treadmill etc.

I did one launch but couldn't figure out how to join or have a neighbour join me, can be costly & time consuming adding up
to 1600 for launch
