Android Bug Calculation in Alliance Task

In 31 Mei, I did some Flights to Abu Dabhi.
Online, not Offline.
But I didnt know the quality of the signal.
And this happened.

I did 191 flights to Abu Dabhi and counted in my record.
But in alliance tasks, counted only 93.
I waited few hours, not refreshed.
I switched off the phone also not helping.

So I sent ticket to support, #7885566, nice number btw, and Natasha Rostova answered me.
After I send the pictures, here is the answer:

The second screenshot shows the total amount of flights you made in Abu Dabi during the game. You might make some flights before the alliance task started.
Only flights made since the beginning of the week are counted towards the alliance task completion.

impossible they admit that their mistake at all ... ever.
If you send them thousand screenshot or videos always the player mistake

Obviously she doesn't understand that Abu Dabi is a new flight that just started this past Monday so it isn't like you got Abu Dabi two weeks in a row. Or she doesn't care.

It is all screwed up, I have done 155 flights to Dhaka, World Map says I did 450

But I fly 200 more.
I gave up long time ago with the support.
I reviewed that none of them are players.
So they dont even know the problem.

It is like you come to a restaurant.
You get the menu.
And than you ask to the waiter, "How do you cook Hongkong Style? Are you putting Seafood or Chicken in it?"
Than he answer, a moment please, than he left.....
And comeback with the answer, "We dont put both."
Than you ask again, "So what do you put in it?"
He answer, " A moment please." Than he left again.
And comeback with the answer, "Beef."
And I ask again, "Spicy or not"
Than he say, "a moment please."
And so on and so on.......

In the case above, whose fault is it? The manager or the waiter?
Than, will you give a tip later? As an appreciation?

And when the food ready, we are so hungry, ready to eat, the waiter come again.
"Sir, you have 30 minutes limit to finish your food. After 30 minutes you have to leave because a lot of people queing outside. So we do this for everybody can enjoy our food."
And he do it with a smile in his face.

I didn't get credit for 8 alliance mission flights to Minneapolis. I got the message saying I was specialist of this flight which is 100 flights but my alliance counter said I had only done 92. I've learned to make sure the golden notebook tab is open before I completed any flights.

I laugh for your sense of humor...but I cry for the desperation
It is as in a hospital during surgical intervention,patient it is dead and there is not guilty....probably it is guilt of the patient himself because had courage to get sick!
I often wonder me that race devolopers,computer they work to the G!
The answer that you have receired is a CLEAR example of incompetence to and carelessness
We are essays as small children to the maternal school .....as the deprired people of brain and experience.....
