iOS Bought greens but not showing in game

Hi all,

Beware buying greens since the last update. I just did on the 3x bonus and the transaction went through but no 336 greens added to my game. Initially it showed 1008 for a few seconds but then went back to zero. Ticket sent to GI.

Ticket is the way to go here. When you include your purchase receipt, GI will set things straight...

Happened to me 2 weeks ago and sending a ticket fixed it. I bought 336 green and it showed but 30 mins after, when leveling up, it was gone.

After months of saying I would never ever purchase greens again, last time they were on offer I went for 96 as I thought GI had made progress in recent improvements.

Guess what - my purchase went through, I went away from the game after playing for an hour or do and no 96 greens, they had dissapeared, fortunately I had the iTunes account screen shot to send the support, although it did take 4 days to get them back.

It's going to be a long long time before I even think about buying from GI again
