Is there a bonus that increases the drop rate for entities outside the city - butterflies for example...?

No.

But I have a suspicion that I get better drop rates when I run flight drop bonuses. Can't say for certain though as I have never tracked the counts

I think secret basement should affect these. But I have not tried it, nor do I know of anyone that has done any form of recording with/without the bonus active to confirm this.

Thanks. I do have one secret basement in my arsenal, but with only a day left on this event I might save it for another time. Will let you know if I gather any cutting-edge research on it...!

I ran a secret basement the other day an it felt like I got a lot more butterflies than I was up until that point. It's anecdotal but I would suggest they do have an impact
